former President Hosni Mubarak is to be questioned by an Egyptian judgeAged 82 years and his son Gamal and Alaa will reportedly were questioned by a judge Tuesday.
Charges against Mr. Mubarak include abuse of power during his reign of 30 years, embezzlement and ordered demonstrators to be killed.
On Wednesday, the Egypt State Prosecutor ordered the detention of Mr. Mubarak and his two sons for 15 days.
